Venison Shish Kabob
SHISH KABOB
5 lb. Venison, cut in large chunks
6 whole onions, quartered
10 whole jalapeno Chile peppers, cut in half and seeded
4 large whole green peppers, sliced

MARINADE
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground

1. Marinate meat for at least 4 hours.
2. Alternately place vegetables and meat on Ka-Bob skewers.
3. Cook on open grill over hot coals, turning often until done.
