Adirondacks Buck Kabobs By: Kathy Rock
I like using loin.
Cube your loin, season with minced garlic, some olive oil, a
bit of either rosemary or oregano (they are both good)
take some bacon and make small slice that you will wrap
around your cubed loin. Put on skewer with a piece of
onion, piece of bacon wrapped loin, chunk of pine apple,
piece of green or red pepper. Broil a few minutes and then
put a mixture of soy sauce and honey on the last few
minutes...delicious..asked for at all my bbq's
